The main entrance to the Lasky Clinic is on Charleville Boulevard. This is south of Little Santa Monica Boulevard, which runs parallel to Santa Monica Boulevard (one block south).

Our office is located on the back side of the Peninsula Hotel.
Southwest of the intersection of Wilshire and Little Santa Monica Boulevards.
