Procedure Description:
Female patient had a previous rhinoplasty and was disappointed with the outcome. She felt her nose looked like a "bad nose job". An open rhinoplasty approach was utilized to make her nose look more natural. She was lengthened and counterrotated and her nostil rims were brought down slightly.
