Midface Lift
Procedure Description:
Volume redistribution is different than volume restoration. This woman appeared drawn and tired due in part to her cheek soft tissue having fallen downwards. A Midface Lift was performed along with CO2 laser and fat injections into her temples to refresh her appearance (seen here at 18 months post-surgery). I prefer to reposition someone’s existing fat rather than simply add volume to ‘inflate’ things. This keeps patients from looking distorted.
