This woman was bothered by laxity of her soft tissues in her lower face and the lack of definition of her jaw line. She underwent a Deep plane face lift as well as a platysmaplasty and submental lipectomy in order to achieve the beautiful result. Note the improvement of her neck and lower face but without making her look like a different person or unnatural.
