Procedure Description:
This young female patient had difficulty breathing through her nose which was attributed to a deviated nasal septum and enlarged turbinates. She requested a smaller, more refined nose be achieved at the time of her septoplasty. She was done through a closed approach. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
