Patient Info
Procedure Description:
This is a 24 year old female patient who had two prior rhinoplasties. She presented with a boxy nasal tip that was over rotated and exposing too much of her columella. Additionally she felt that her nose was bulbous. The revision was done through an open approach and involved resection of both domes and the use of mattress sutures to faltten out the tip cartilages and make them less convex. Additionally her profile was reduced and the nasal bones infractured for narrowing. You can view a diagram of her procedure here.
