Procedure Description:
The young woman had lost all support in her nose due to a collapsed septum. She required reconstruction with a cartilage graft harvested from her chest wall. these types of cases are quite challenging but gratifying; as it improved her breathing dramatically as well as returned a more normal nose to her face.
