Procedure Description:
This young athlete suffered nasal trauma that required surgery. Unfortunately, after that operation, she was struck in the nose again, which left her nose disfigured and obstructed. I performed a revision rhinoplasty to reconstruct her septum, provide improved tip aesthetics and a more attractive bridge. The outcome is a natural-looking nose, and she can breathe through it. We also performed a chin implant to provide balance and an improved jaw line.
